• Market leaders, with positive EBITDA and experienced management
• Companies operations in traditional and stable sectors
• Companies acquired as part of sponsor-led traditional LBO transactions

MezzVest usually partners with reputable LBO debt underwriters and private equity investors - preferably those with which MezzVest has worked in the past. MezzVest is a long-term investor to portfolio companies as is reflected in the supportive buy and hold strategy.

Geographic focus

MezzVest focuses on investments in companies located or headquartered in Western Europe to capitalise on the experience and expertise of the MezzVest Team. The combined Team has over 200 years of credit experience in European credit markets and fluency in four European languages. MezzVest focuses on investments in stable countries with protective and well-established regulatory and legal frameworks.

Sector focus

MezzVest invests in traditional and stable sectors that have proven to be resilient and secure over the course of multiple economic cycles. MezzVest also has a generally cautious outlook towards highly seasonal, cyclical, technology driven or trend related sectors.
